Ansarullah: British decision strengthens determination of Hamas and its supporters for the liberation of Palestine.
Yemen’s Ansarullah announced its solidarity with Hamas following the British government’s decision to include the movement in the “terrorism” list.
“We condemn the British government’s move to add Hamas to the” terrorism “list, although it is surprising that Britain, the founder of Israel, has taken such a step,” Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, one of Yemen’s Ansar al-Houthi leaders, tweeted.
He said the move coincided with the anniversary of the Balfour Accords, emphasizing continuing to call victims “terrorists” and supporting the criminal regime.
“We are convinced that this is a political move and will increase the determination of Hamas and its supporters for the liberation of Jerusalem and all of Palestine,” he said.
Yemen’s Ansarullah political bureau also stated in a statement its opposition to Britain’s criminal act of including Hamas on the terrorism list.
The statement said: “Britain’s moves to normalize and eliminate the Palestinian issue to serve the Zionist regime. We support the Palestinian people and the resistance and Jerusalem.
The office called on Arab and Islamic nations to help the Palestinian cause and oppose British actions.
The Yemeni Ulema Association also announced its solidarity with Hamas.
