Federal Law Minister Forough Naseem has said that the issue of kalbhushan case is a matter of national security, why the opposition is not aware of national security? This is Pakistan’s red line. The International Court of Justice did not order the acquittal of Kulbhushan. India lost the case.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Federal Law Minister Forough Naseem said that India, not Pakistan, had gone to the International Court of Justice. Bhushan was acquitted yesterday.
He did not say that the case of Clubbhushan was received by us from the previous government. During Nawaz Sharif’s tenure, Clubbhushan was not given consular access. The International Court of Justice said that legislation should be enacted. Manta, are we America? America is a different country.
Forough Naseem said that making Pakistan is not a republic, it is a responsible country, the opposition has made this issue a tool of their politics, it seems that the opposition does not know the difference If they are doing this on purpose then there is a big problem. Attempts have been made to spread misinformation among the people.
He said that India’s intentions, including bringing a resolution against Pakistan from the Security Council, were thwarted by the legislation, adding that the opposition was trying to create a false impression about the Clubbhushan bill.
The federal law minister said that all the 34 bills were passed in the public interest in the joint sitting. Roll 10 was mentioned at the outset, various articles of the constitution had to be cited under duress and it was said that electoral reforms would be challenged in court. No one tried to read the electoral reforms.
He said that it was mandatory for the Election Commission to use electronic voting machine. The use of EVMs could not be said to be 100% accurate.
Forough Naseem says that EVM is better than the old method. Someone said that if someone picks up the box of EVM then the boxes would have been picked up before. If we are wrong then the court will overturn the law. Electronic voting machine is better in knowledge. He said that SBP has been sold to IMF, many people have stated that SBP’s autonomy has been sold, SBP will not transfer its legal powers.
