Rawalpindi:
Stressing on the need for a joint national response to the security challenges, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that it was our common responsibility to play our role responsibly for the development and prosperity of the nation. According to ISPR, participants of National Security Workshop visited GHQ Rawalpindi on Tuesday.
The participants were briefed on the overall security situation and were also briefed on the challenges facing Pakistan.
The participants also called on Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa on the occasion. Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that a common national response was needed to address national security challenges, making Pakistan a strong nation in the war on terror. Now it is our collective responsibility to work hard for the prosperity and development of the nation. The Army Chief said that the Army is focused on its operational readiness, the Army is determined to save the country from all dangers, National Defense A National Security Workshop is underway at the University, which includes representatives from all walks of life, including Members of Parliament.
