Israel deliberately neglects medical treatment of Palestinian prisoners.
The Palestinian Minister of Health has warned of the consequences of the dangerous physical condition of five Palestinian prisoners who have gone on hunger strike in Israeli prisons, according to Russia Today.
At the same time, May al-Kilah called on the international community and legal institutions to take immediate action to save the lives of Palestinian prisoners in the prisons of the occupying regime.
He added: “The occupying regime does not pay attention to the health of the prisoners and deliberately engages in medical negligence against them.”
Referring to the difficult health situation of Palestinian prisoners and medical negligence against them in Zionist prisons, Al-Kila said: “The Ministry of Health is constantly monitoring the situation of prisoners inside the prisons of the occupying regime.”
He said that 550 Palestinian prisoners suffer from various dangerous diseases and need constant follow-up and care, and at least 10 of them have cancer and tumors, and the silence on the issue of prisoners is considered their inevitable death.
