Hunger strike of 6 Palestinian prisoners in Zionist prisons continues.
Six Palestinian prisoners who went on a hunger strike about four months ago in protest of administrative detention (without trial) are continuing their strike despite poor physical conditions, news sources reported on Saturday.
The continuation of the hunger strike of these 6 Palestinian prisoners has raised concerns about their physical condition and the possibility of their martyrdom.
According to the report, the prison authorities of the Zionist regime continue to detain the prisoners, regardless of their demands.
The report adds that Qaid al-Fusfos is 115 days, Meqdad al-Qawasemi is 108 days, Alaa al-Araj is 90 days, Hisham Abu Hawash is 81 days, Shadi Abu Akr is 74 days and Ayad al-Harimi is 45 days on hunger strike.
Earlier, images of Meqdad al-Qawasimi, who has been on a hunger strike for 108 days, had angered public opinion.
The Board of Palestinian Prisoners of War, stating that the health condition of the striking prisoners is extremely dangerous, warned that the health condition of Kaid al-Fusfos is deteriorating and has reached a very difficult and dangerous stage, which could lead to his death at any moment.
The hunger strike of 6 Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli prisons continues while more than 100 Palestinian prisoners have already gone on a hunger strike in protest of the illegal actions of the Israeli prison authorities and their torture.
Currently, about 4,500 Palestinian prisoners are being held in about 19 Israeli prisons, 544 of whom have been sentenced to life in prison.
