Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the federal government will provide all possible assistance for the promotion of higher education.
A meeting on promotion of higher education in the country was held in Islamabad under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan. Federal Ministers Asad Umar, Fawad Chaudhry, Shafqat Mahmood, Special Assistant Shahbaz Gill and Chairman Prime Minister’s Task Force Science and Technology Dr Ata. Al-Rahman participated.
The meeting was briefed on the progress made on the establishment of Sialkot Engineering University, which would be jointly set up by the Federal and Punjab Governments. ۔
It was also informed in the briefing that the new curriculum for 8th, 9th and 10th classes would be launched soon. Addressing the meeting, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the federal government would provide all possible support for the promotion of higher education. He also said that the government was paying full attention to highlighting the potential of the youth.
