Corona virus continues to rage across the country, due to social distance, disregard for masks and violations of SOPs, the fourth wave of corona virus is gaining momentum in Pakistan, meanwhile 72 more people have died across Pakistan. So far, 24,478 patients have died of the corona virus.
According to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), 3,669 more cases of corona virus have been reported in Pakistan in the last 24 hours, with another 72 people losing their lives to the outbreak. A further 2,218 patients were cured, while the rate of positive cases rose to about 6.8%.
A total of 88,588 patients with corona virus are being treated in hospitals, quarantine centers, ventilators and homes across the country, of which 4,787 are in critical condition, while 989,013 patients have recovered so far. In the last 24 hours, 53,644 more tests for corona virus have been conducted in the country, while a total of 169,015 corona tests have been conducted so far.
In the last 24 hours, 515,096 people have been vaccinated against corona virus in Pakistan, while a total of 42,688,545 corona vaccines have been given so far. Number of corona virus patients in Sindh Once again, it is 4,12,165 more than other provinces, bringing the total death toll to 6,439.
In Punjab, 372,750 cases of corona virus have been reported so far, while the total number of deaths here is higher than other provinces which is 11,372. The number of corona virus patients in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has reached 152,625. Yes, while the total deaths here are 4,668.
In the federal capital Islamabad, 94,108 cases of corona virus have been reported so far, while a total of 834 people have lost their lives in the outbreak so far. 31,583 cases of corona virus have been reported in Balochistan so far. Where 335 people have died from this disease.
In Azad Jammu and Kashmir, 29,452 cases of corona virus have been reported so far, while a total of 666 patients have died here so far. In Gilgit-Baltistan, 9,396 cases of corona virus have been reported so far. 164 people have been killed.
