“All those who have worked with the occupiers in the past or are now standing in line with the Kabul administration are open to the Taliban and have been granted security,” the statement said.
Referring to the recruitment of military and civilian personnel, the group said that in the future, the Taliban is determined to provide better conditions for serving Afghanistan and its people, and to make good use of their competencies and talents.
