The situation of Corona virus in Pakistan is very worrying which is causing great concern to the authorities. Newborn babies in Pakistan are also falling prey to the dangerous Indian variant of Corona Delta, Prof. Saleem said that 3 to 4 children are being reported on daily basis ۔
According to details, Indian coronavirus has also started infecting newborns in Lahore, the capital of Punjab. MD Children’s Hospital Professor Saleem said that five children are undergoing treatment at the Children’s Hospital.
Professor Saleem said that 3 to 4 children are being reported on a daily basis, most of the reported children are suffering from various diseases while the sources said that no decision has been taken to start vaccination of children.
On the other hand, the Punjab Health Department has said that the cases of Indian virus and Epsilon virus are increasing. At present, 305 patients are infected with Indian virus in Punjab while 12 cases of Epsilon virus have been reported so far.
According to the health department, 5 cases of Epsilon virus and 20 cases of Indian virus were reported in 24 hours. 7.79 percent.
